Shipping policy

There are a few things to know about your order shipping.

Natural Threads offers Free Shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more. Orders less than $50.00 are charged a flat rate of $7.50.

Natural Threads orders ship Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS First Class.

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Once the package has been processed your package will arrive in an estimated 3-6 business days. Your package may arrive earlier or later depending on the day of the week it was shipped, as USPS does not ship on Sundays or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Once your package is in the hands of USPS, Natural Threads is not responsible for things beyond our control such as lost or stolen packages, postal interruptions, severe weather, etc.

During Holiday Sales, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped due to order volume. Thank you for understanding.
